Shipping + Returns
 
SHIPPING:
UK orders: 2-5 working days.
International orders: 4-8 working days.
VAT/Tax charges for international orders are not covered by us.
Please note that import duty charges are not covered by us, the customer will be liable for these charges.
RETURNS:
For damaged goods, you may return them within 3 days with the proof of damage prior to the receiving of the package.
Returns from outside the UK are not covered by us.
- If you are returning an item due to it being faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will cover the return shipping costs. Our customer support team will provide you with a shipping label. 
- If you are returning an item for any other reason, including change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and any duties and taxes owed. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item is received by us. 
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your request according to the following options: 
- For faulty or damaged items, we will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund. 
- For items returned for any other reason, you will be eligible for a refund of the item's purchase price, excluding shipping costs.
